SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We provide standard 2nd class shipping on all UK orders up to £50.  Using this class of post, we expect delivery of your items within 3-5 working days by Royal Mail.

Order over £50.00 will be sent Tracked via Collect Plus 2-3 day courier.

Orders overseas are sent via Royal Mail Air Mail or DPD.

Please note that Bethany works for the NHS alongside Bethany Rae UK, sometimes therefore delivery may be slightly delayed when she is on shift! If you need your parcel urgently please don't hesitate to contact us!

 

EASY RETURNS

If for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your garment, please do not hesitate to email us at info@bethanyrae.co.uk and each return will be taken on a case by case basis.

We are happy to take returns for a full refund, however, postage cost will be deducted from your refund amount, unless your items is damaged or a replacement is arranged.

We offer FREE returns & exchanges on all Toscana Clothing (if the garment is unworn)

PRIVACY POLICY

To the very best of our ability, we try to ensure an open and honest approach to the design of each individual product.

Each cowhide is 100% unique and photographs shown are of the actual product.

Very small flaws in the hides do sometimes occur and if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product; please refer to our returns policy.
